Chicken with Mixed Vegetables Recipe
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 6 chicken thighs diced
- 1/4 cups cornstarch
- 1/4 cups cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cups soy sauce
- 1 cups sliced water chestnuts
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato diced
- 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 cups sliced celery
- 1 cups chopped onion
Directions:
- Dip chicken in cornstarch.
- Heat oil in wok then cook chicken for 15-20 minutes in oil or until browned.
- Add all ingredients and cook for another 5-10 minutes while stirring constantly.
