Appetizer with avocado and herring



Appetizer with avocado and herring.


4 servings


1 large avocados, 1 cup chopped Herring fillets, 1/4 cup chopped red onion, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise to bind, freshly ground black pepper and salt to taste.


In a mixing bowl, combine avocado, herring fillets, and red onioin. Add mayonnaise to bind and season with salt and pepper. Chill for 1 to 2 hours before serving
It goes with borscht very well.
